CEU Session Evaluations

An evaluation must be recorded for each session you attended in order to obtain CEUs. You can obtain a full list of all sessions at Tri-State PT Conference below. When you click on the title of the session, your evaluation will prompt. Your CEU certificate will be available to print or save directly to your device following the completion of your evaluation.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you close out of the "thank you" screen, you will not be able to go back to the certificate without retaking the evaluation. Do not complete your evaluations if you are not able to save or print your certificates.

If you are a CPTA member, CEU certificates will also be stored in under the Professional Development section of your member profile in approximately two weeks.

California attendees - If you attended either the Dry Needling or Animal Rehabilitation sessions, they are not eligible for CA CEUs and no certificate will be provided.

Arizona attendees - The California certificates can be used for your license renewal. The certificates for Animal Rehabilitation and Dry Needling will be sent directly from the Arizona Chapter office.

Nevada attendees - Your CEU certificates will be issued directly from the Nevada Chapter office.

Keep your eye out for another email towards the end of the week that will have an update on session handouts!
