Erin Gallardo, PT, DPT, is a Board-certified Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy. Originally from Ohio, she moved to Southern California after graduating PT school in 2007 to work at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. From there she became a co-owner at re+active physical therapy and wellness, a neurologic specialty practice in Torrance and Los Angeles. Currently she runs an online education company called the NeuroCollaborative providing career and business mentorship to neurologic professionals with co-founder and neuro PT colleague, Claire McLean., PT, DPT. Over the course of her career she has worked in nearly every neuro setting and has years of experience as a business owner, director of wellness programing, Parkinson’s Foundation grant recipient, mentor, and educator for students and therapists alike. Her driving passion is helping to empower therapists to create careers without burnout, create businesses that thrive, and ultimately elevate healthcare together.
