Candidate Statement

It is an honor and privilege to be recommended as candidate for nominating committee amongst a group of talented professionals. Many of my most rewarding professional experiences have occurred through CPTA service opportunities as: Chairperson, Vice Chair, DMSL, Committee Member, and Student Liaison. This is an amazing organization with extraordinary professionals. It would be an honor to serve to help facilitate matching the talents and goals of members and nonmembers, to outreach and advocacy positions within CPTA.

Excellent candidates include individuals who are willing to serve and passionate about our profession. The strategies to motivate candidates include highlighting the amazing experiences found through service and to provide support for candidate development:

3.      TEAM APPOACH: Facilitate buddie system & peer partnering.
