|A message from CPTA President, Rick Katz|
June 1, 2020
As we begin the necessary steps to rebuild our communities which have been severely impacted by the global pandemic (COVID-19) and recent tragic events spreading across our nation, we are forced as a society to come together. CPTA condemns racism, discrimination, and violence of any kind. As a healing profession, we are better when we work together. During these challenging times, it is of utmost importance that we remain committed toward our goal to build a community that is welcoming and inclusive for all. Each of us has a role and obligation to rebuild our society and our communities, and I ask, as your President, that we remain calm, embrace this role, and act with moral responsibility and courage through these challenging times. CPTA is available for assistance to our members.
